Return and Refund Policy

You may return your goods at any time for any reason within 60 days of date of purchase for a full refund.

Here is simplified steps:

2.Reason for Return

  • Let us know if you want an exchange or a refund.
  • Explain why you’re returning the item.

3.Payment for Shipping

  • Wrong/Defective Item: We provide a free shipping label.
  • Change of Mind: You cover the shipping cost.

4.Send It Back :Use the provided shipping label or arrange your own if it’s a change of mind.

5. Refund/Exchange: Once we receive the item, we’ll process your refund or send the exchange.

You may return your goods any time for any reason within 60 days of receipt for a no quibble refund of the full purchase price.
If you would like to make use of our 60-day refund policy, or if you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason, please contact us with your order details and we will resolve any issue you may have.
If the items are to be returned then please state clearly why you are returning the parcel and whether you require exchange of goods or a refund.

Please note however, that when sending a return, the parcel is YOUR responsibility until it reaches us.
Your statutory rights are not affected by these statements.
We process returns as soon as they arrive, except during extremely busy periods when there may be a short delay. Please note that credit card refunds can only be given to the original payer.
We do not cover the costs of your return items unless by prior arrangement.
If returning unopened, unwanted items for a refund, we do not refund original shipping costs.

If you’re not happy with your purchase and would like to arrange a return, please email us at hello@kunkune.co.uk. Our Support staff will help you complete a return for any of the following within 60 days of purchase:
(a) unmodified or unused product in original packaging;
(b) product damaged in transit; or
(c) if the incorrect item was received.
If the product(s) was purchased over 60 days ago or has been modified, soldered, damaged or the original state has been altered in any way, KunKune Ltd. reserves the right to deny the return.

General Return Guidelines
All returns must be initiated, by email to hello@KunKune.co.uk , within 60 days of purchase.
All returns must be authorized by Support prior to sending any Product(s) back.
Returns must include all parts, pieces, and accessories included with the Product(s), including packaging. Your return may be denied if it is received in incomplete or damaged condition.
Refunds, if applicable, will be applied to the original payment method or store credit.
KunKune will pay/refund return shipping charges if the damage is found to be related to a manufacturer error.
Returns for orders older than 60 days are eligible for replacement or store credit only.
We reserve the right to limit support and deny returns on items that were purchased over 60 days ago, ding and dent items.

Eligibility for Return of Modified Items is determined on a case-by-case basis; we cannot guarantee eligibility for modified items.
For the best service and the lowest risk of loss/damage to your return, we suggest that it is sent via a trackable shipping method.
Lost packages that are sent via non tracked methods are not guaranteed. We also suggest using a box or reinforced padded envelope at a minimum

Return & Exchange Policy
If your item arrives damaged, doesn’t match the listing description, or is the wrong item, you can return it for a refund.
If you’ve changed your mind and want to send the items back, you can ask us for cancellation or a product exchange.
Our Clients are protected under the Consumer Contract Regulations of 2013, which give you the right to cancel
the purchase within 60 days after the day you receive the item.

All our products listed are in stock and sent directly by our dispatch team which operates out of our warehouse in Oxfordshire.
Customer service is of high importance on our priorities and we greatly value our reputation.
If for any reason there is an error with your purchase or your item is delayed, then please contact our customer service team by emailing us, so your issue can be dealt with accordingly.
We would ask however that all questions are directed through the messaging service to ensure that you have a timely response which will usually be the same day, if not within 24 hours.
Please ensure your email only once. Multiple emails slow us to respond to you and others.
