Shipping Policy

Standard service estimated delivery time is 1-2 working days and the service in use is Royal Mail 24H.
Tracked Service is 24H with Royal Mail, and the expected delivery time is 1-2 working days.
Next Day Special Guarantee is for the next working day before 1 p.m.

Items are normally dispatched within 24 hours (the same day if ordered before 3 p.m. excluding weekends) in 99.9% of cases.

When you place an order, if it is successful, will get an e-mail confirmation for the received order.
When the order is dispatched will receive an e-mail confirming your order is complete.
Please note, if the order is placed with standard service, tracking will show only when a delivery attempt is made or the order is delivered.

-We will never use your contact details for any sales calls, only to discuss your order, so please make our life easier by giving us the means to contact you.
if you check out as a guest, you may not be able to access the tracking number for your shipment
-We have an order comments section in the checkout, you can use this to pass us a note.

We reserve the right to send the items out untracked, tracked, or by Special Delivery, dependent upon the total value of your order – regardless of which shipping method
you have chosen when using one of our free shipping coupon codes or discount voucher codes.

If your order doesn’t arrive
Once dispatched items normally arrive quickly however sometimes orders may take longer to arrive.
If your item is taking longer than the average shipping time then we recommend contacting your local post office or mail depot in case of a missed delivery,
as a card may not be left. We also recommend checking your delivery address (which can be found in your dispatch notification email or by logging into your account) to ensure it is correct.


Our return policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
You may return your goods any time for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a no quibble refund of the full purchase price.
If you would like to make use of our 30-day refund policy, or if you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason, please contact us with your order details, and we will resolve any issue you may have.
If the items are to be returned, then please state clearly why you are returning the parcel and whether you require exchange goods or a refund, or a credit.
Please note, however, that when sending a return, the parcel is YOUR responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend therefore that you send it by registered post. Your statutory rights are not affected by these statements.
We process returns as soon as they arrive, except during extremely busy periods when there may be a short delay. Please note that credit card refunds can only be given to the original payer.
We do not cover the costs of your returned items unless by prior arrangement.
If returning unopened, unwanted items for a refund, we do not refund original shipping costs
