Infrared Obstacle Avoidance Sensor — IR Photoelectric Module
This infrared obstacle sensor emits IR light and detects the reflected signal from objects within 2–40cm, outputting a digital LOW when an obstacle is detected and HIGH when clear. An onboard potentiometer sets the detection distance, and the LM393 comparator delivers a clean TTL signal with over 15mA drive capacity. The 3.3V–5V supply range connects directly to Arduino, ESP32, and Raspberry Pi GPIO without a level shifter.
