SHTC3 Digital Temperature and Humidity Sensor Module — I2C
The SHTC3 is Sensirion’s ultra-low-power temperature and humidity sensor, measuring temperature to +/-0.2°C accuracy and humidity to +/-2% RH over I2C. It draws just 270 nanoamps in sleep mode, making it Sensirion’s choice for coin-cell-powered IoT products. The I2C address is fixed at 0x70 and measurements complete in under 15ms. Both Adafruit SHT31 library and the Sensirion Arduino Core libraries support the SHTC3.
- +/-0.2°C temperature accuracy — equivalent to HDC1080 precision
- +/-2% RH humidity accuracy
- 270nA sleep current — lowest standby power of any listed sensor
- I2C address 0x70
- 1.62V–3.6V supply
