Arduino UNO R3 V5.0 Sensor Shield — Direct Sensor Module Connection
The UNO Sensor Shield V5.0 plugs directly onto the Arduino Uno R3 header and converts each digital and analogue pin into a 3-pin VCC/GND/signal socket — the exact format used by the 37-piece and 45-piece sensor module kits. Instead of wiring individual sensor modules to a breadboard, you plug them straight into the shield's labelled sockets. The shield also breaks out an I2C header (SDA, SCL) and a UART header (TX, RX) for easy bus connections.
- VCC/GND/signal sockets on every pin — 3-pin sensor modules plug in directly
- Labelled digital and analogue headers — D0–D13, A0–A5
- I2C header — SDA, SCL, VCC, GND
- IIC / UART / servo headers — dedicated connectors for common bus types
- Compatible with V4.0 sensor kits — same 3-pin header format
Best for
Rapid Arduino sensor prototyping, classroom sensor experiments using 37pc or 45pc sensor kits, and any Uno project needing clean plug-and-play sensor connections without a breadboard.
